What a week it was. Last weekend, March 4, Coldwell Banker Realty had their annual awards celebration at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. Denver West was ranked the #1 office in Colorado, and #27 nationwide. Pretty proud of our team, and our Leader Rich Scott. Way to go Gang.
Last Night We had the Denver West awards. There was a great turn out at Fox Hollow Golf Club for cocktails, appetizers, and Awards. I was thrilled to be # 5 in our office of 120 agents. Working hard pays off in several ways, and it was nice to be recognized.
Spring is upon us and starting to really rev up with lots of buyers in the market, a low inventory and several listings have over ask prices again, and a bit of a frenzy for showings.
