Boulder’s natural beauty is just as stunning as its dining and shopping. Take a visit to the Flatirons, one of Colorado’s largest rock formations. The top of the peaks offer incredible views of the area. You can choose to hike, drive or climb these formations. Another stunning natural oasis is Flagstaff Mountain, a mountain peak belonging to the Rocky Mountains. This mountain located on the Front Range of the mountains is just over 7,000 feet tall and boasts several hiking trails that lead to its peak. If you’d rather enjoy something in town, Boulder Theater is your go-to destination. This art-deco-designed venue puts on various musical and theatrical performances for its guests. Aside from the amazing performances put on in the theater, there's also a cocktail bar, lounge area, and wine bar for small social gatherings. If you’re a sports enthusiast, you’ll love to watch the Colorado University football team take on skilled opponents in the fall. After watching the Buffaloes win, stop by The Museum of Boulder, which showcases the area’s rich history through interactive and educational exhibits.
